This is a very inspiring movie - inspiring you to be crazy and do insanely humurous things. And needless to say - full of funny dialog and goofy quotes.
Was watching this movie on TV today, not sure how many times I have seen this movie before but still would watch it again and again. No doubt.
Adam Sandler is funny as ever BUT somehow the Principal gets the BEST funniest dialog of the movie!
In the climax where Billy is asked to talk about Industrial Revolution, he talks about some bullshit story about a puppy that gets lost in the woods and tries to relate that with how the Industry is the puppy and how it got lost... An AWESTRUCK principal says this.. probably the most hilarious quote of all time cinema:
Principal: Mr. Madison, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
Billy Madison: Okay, a simple WRONG would've done just fine.

My Favorite Movie Quotes - Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps
Michael Douglas ROCKS! Seriously wish him good luck with what he is fighting.
He is as flamboyant as ever and has some of the most memorable quotes for us:
Gordon Gekko: Someone reminded me I once said "Greed is good". Now it seems it's legal.
Gordon Gekko: Stop telling lies about me and I'll stop telling the truth about you.
Gordon Gekko: Quotes - "Parents are the bone on which children sharpen their teeth."
Finally...
Gordon Gekko: Money is a bitch that never sleeps!
It took me to those days in September 2008 when everyone at office was looking at the headlines and reading what was in store;
Will there be a bailout? Have we lost our jobs?
People would be making jokes just to conceal their nervousness.
Anyways, great movie. I loved it just for Michael Douglas.
Skyline
This movie is in most peoples bottom of the list 2010 movies not without reason. It shamelessly begs, borrows AND steals from almost every alien movie made so far. Even the music lacks originality. Just like most of the others, I watched it ONLY to see the CGI and that is All that I got. So I cant complain about that. But I had lowered my expectations, thats why.
Kids who do not care about the script or the story or the class and just want to watch some gleaming graphics and some gruesome alien fighting would probably watch this movie.
Too many technically incorrect g;itches and potholes in the script. And totally uninteresting story telling. This movie really sucks bigtime. In the climax they showed some signs of continuing this into a sequel! If that is true it is only the height of audacity!

2010 Movies - My Movie Weekend
It was a busy year all together and I was not able to watch many of the movies as I would have actually wished to, especially in the latter half of the year.
But anyways I had collected most of them and was waiting for this Christmas holidays to watch them all. So, starting yesterday, these were the movies that I watched NON STOP (In the order of what I wanted to watch the most):

My Favorite Movie Quotes - The Spy Next Door

Bob Ho (Jackie Chan) talks to his girlfriend's step daughter trying to make her understand the definition of family - "Family is not whose blood you carry, but its who you love and who loves you."

My Favorite Movie Quotes - Out of Time
Out of TimeThe dialogue I enjoyed the most among many from the movie 'Out of Time'.
Ann Marie Harrison (Sana Lathan) married to her abusive husband, Chris Harrison (Dean Cain) gets it going with her sympathizing high school friend - the present day Chief of Police - Mattias Lee Whitlock (Denzel).

When Chris gets suspicious, he confronts Matt and here is the dialogue from this high octane scene:
Chris: Next time that little pussy comes around...
Matt: Little pussy?
Chris: Sure. The guy scurries out the back door the second he hears my voice.
Matt: "Scurried"?
Chris: Yeah. You know, I could almost respect a man who had the balls to confront me, tell me, "Yeah, I'm banging your wife."
Matt: Maybe this.. this ..this guy, maybe there's nothing he would rather do than, you know, to tell you that you're a lousy husband and that you don't deserve Ann.
Maybe there's nothing he would rather do than to walk up to your face, look you right in the eye, and say to you, "Chris, I'm banging your wife...Good!"
Maybe, you know, maybe...maybe your wife won't let him.
Chris: I'd respect him at least. And if he did that, then I'd go up to him, look him in his eye, and I'd say - "Just come near her again...and I'll kill you."
Matt: Wow. You're talking to the wrong guy, because as a police officer...I can't let you go around threatening people's lives. If you're serious, I would be obligated to do something.
Chris: Really?
Matt: That's right. Thanks for the beer...and the conversation.
Chris: Thanks for listening.
Matt: You give Ann my best,...if you can.

My Newest Blog - http://dreamrecalls.blogspot.com/
I am a big time dreamer. Seriously…I feel like there is this guy inside me who meticulously weaves all these vivid illusions that feel so real and authentic.
If one could compile all the dreams I have had, we could make a hundred movies on almost all genres. More than just the number of dreams, it is the sense of exactness and the attention to detail given by this guy inside me.
I decided to write about it and went on to create a brand new blog devoting it entirely for some of the strangest, funniest, erotic, horrific and mostly nonsensical dreams I have had.
While setting I up I wanted to use a nice looking template. I had to spend quite some time to get that up and working. So much so that I think I should post a note on my technical blog about it.
But anyways, please do visit my new blog extension at:
